At Duchess Fitness we do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to coaching. We believe each individual is a unique snowflake and has different needs so we don’t offer a commercial plan for everyone to use. Our custom coaching offers lifestyle coaching for clients who are looking to make an adjustment to their lifestyle. We believe small changes can lend big results and our daily habits are what collectively create our outcome.

Let’s be real, there are many programs offered that are for the 20-something year old college student who has no kids, marriage or career to focus on and anyone can make time to train when they have nothing but time to put endless hours in at the gym. Angela understands we all have different schedules, food restrictions, training times and styles, so there is no need to force a program that does not align with your specific needs.Our bikini prep is a 12-16 week custom training program that will help you reach your target goals and get you stage ready and confident.

Duchess Fitness Services

Angela offers a comprehensive training and nutrition program that goes hand in hand. She focuses on heavy-lifting with compound movements and pairs this with high intensity-interval training as the staple metabolic conditioning component. Her nutrition coaching is suited to meet each individual’s dietary needs and restrictions. There is no need to take everything enjoyable off the menu with lifestyle clients! She believes long-term, sustainable results being made through habit changes and a gain in perspective to have a healthy relationship with the fuel we put into our temple.

Angela understands women and has worked with clients from all walks of life and during different phases of life, including but not limited to: pregnant clients, young female athletes, mothers and seniors alike. Due to the nature of online training versus having a personal trainer, we request that the client has familiarity with movement, mind/ body awareness and a knowledge of proper form and technique.
